The mass drivers were at least interesting before they got severely nerfed. Arrow is more a small fighter that can stack close together. Ballistic weapon shield penetration varies, but Strife Mass Drivers, for instance, penetrate for 12.5 of their damage. However, both the ammunition boxes look like they could hold 20-30 rounds max :). The Arrow has x2 Size 3 as well as a dual Size 3 turret.
